K-Rend R7 Acrylic 5L

K-Rend R7 Acrylic is a modified Acrylic emulsion used to improve the adhesion of K Rend renders to difficult substrates, where the background does not supply sufficient key or has poor suction characteristics.

The R7 is usually diluted before use and may be used in various ways including as a priming coat, as a gauging liquid and to prepare polymer modified scud coats.

R7 Acrylic can be used as a priming coat to combat problems due to insufficient key or poor suction.

Following dilution the primer is applied directly to the wall just before rendering and then the render is applied whilst the primer is still tacky.
